I'd have liked it better if they'd left out some of the suicides and people known for violence.

They can't be members, because some are dead, and others' were living before Norml formed

I thought it was ok but they put people like stephen king up there who have had big time drug problems. The movie does not seem to be making the case in favor of MJ with all the people in the movie whose lives have been ruined by some harder drugs.

Yet, They made the clip! Why? Let's discover why, as a group.

Cool i believe it to be...

a simple pander to our baser instinct's by attracting us with the pictures and trying to lure us in with a celebrity of our choice, then at the very end, they put in the message.

So hopefully, you see your star, you think MJ good.

( Dedbr fires up the projector on the side of the bunker...)

And the movie tonight is.....

Ded

I felt the same way. A lot of those people are not the kind of people we want the public to think of as typical marijuana users:

Jimi Hendrix died after taking heroin.
Miles Davis was a stone junkie most of his adult life.
Kurt Cobain blew his own head off.
Richard Prior set himself on fire freebasing cocaine.
Drew Barrymore has been in trouble with drugs and the law a lot.
Bill Clinton got a blow job in the Oval Office.
James Brown is always getting arrested for beating people up.
Woody Harrelson is known for violent outbursts.
Whitney Houston is a junkie.
Ray Charles was a junkie.
Hunter S. Thompson was famous for never finding a drug he didn't like.

Is marijuana a "gateway drug"? Anyone looking at this film would certainly draw that conclusion.
