In March I will be traveling to Belize from DFW. The bud there is good and I would like to bring a very small amount back with me (1-2 grams). I have made this trip twice since 9-11 and the route through customs is quick and painless. I have never seen anyone searched nor have I seen any dogs. I read through the plane truth post and I really did not gain any new insite into giving this a try. If I was packing the stuff on me is there any sensor in the trip through customs that would trigger on the pot? Other than a dog of course. Also, if I am busted there with this small amount what are the possible ramifications? Felony or misdemeanor? Fine and/or jailtime? Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
