no, the pack of blunts was not opened. i was thinking the same thing about that being sketchy as being paraphenalia.

BUT, i learned today that there was infact a little weed (a nic) in the bag.

Get a lawyer! Seriously, if you have any hope of getting off its not gonna happen just sitting here. When I got arrested my lawyer helped me out a bunch. In my situation, i was caught with a joint a pipe and a bong in the trunk. The judge wouldn't let me get me in a situation where I would not lose my drivers license. The lawyer put in a motion to have the bong thrown out since it was found after i was arrested and they never read me my rights(I never told them about the bong till they arrested me). It didn't really matter if it got thrown out or not, the key was to buy me some time because my lawyer knew that the judge was going on vacation in a few weeks and I got in while he was gone and I kept my license. A lawyer will help.

even if the stuff wasn't yours they could get ( guilty by association ) cops like to get people like that
