I need to know what going on... Here's the deal...

I had sold a very little amount to this kid (2 small nuggets) and he got busted he told the school he got it from me and i admitted to it and them they searched me and found a really small joint with like nothing in it and another small one with a little more in and i got suspened for 10 days and i have manditory drug counseling and have to go to court on wendsday... What will happen will i get a fine?? IM 16 and i live in nh...

should i lie and tell them that i never gave him any and that the stuff i had he asked me to hold for him?

WHAT DO I DO?? whats going to happend im worried!

The situation is not good. You need to contact a lawyer immediately for legal counsel.

I totally agree with Mama.

The other piece of advise I can give you if you don't contact a lawyer, don't BS the judge. Your attitude when you come before a court can sink/save you. Present yourself as not being a dealer, but helping a friend in need.

Will you get a fine? Probably.

Remember, you are only 16, your legal issues are not as big as they could be. Your parents already know, your school already knows. What else can happen?

im in the same situation as u. sold some kid some weed and he told em it was me. anyway, u will probably also get probation for 6-9months and they may drug test u. just stay clean for awhile and stay outta trouble. don't lie in court, and take full responsibility for what u did. peace and good luck

goto court lookin very nice with a tie and all..it helps.. probation isn't nothin.. i had 2 years for doin stupid crap.. wasn't even like i was on it.. just don't get into trouble while your on it.. don't lie it will make it worse if your school and everyone knows you did it then you lie to a judge.. not very smart
