Oh, I saw the words, but the warning is not nearly enough, in my opinion. Nobody that is not an attorney should represent themselves. Nor should an attorney for that matter. Perhaps in traffic court, but not in a criminal trial.

There is no "unless" to it Random. Pro se defenses are almost always losers.

Default Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

(grabs hair and yanks in frustration)
Niteshift ... I reiterate, again, do not represent one's self in a criminal trial. I fear that if I say anything else it will somehow dissuade you from seeing my point.
Behave, you, you, meanie! lol

Don't make it clear to me Random, I know better than to do it. Make it clear to the other readers.

Editing out this line: "and represent yourself." would be a help. Nobody reads warnings, you know that. If they did, I'd never write a speeding ticket.

Default in conclusion...

This is my last post in this thread, I promise!

My dear Niteshift, that ever-opposing voice constantly whispering sweet growls in my ear (and not in the romantic sense, lol), if there were any lack of clarity held by those readers of my first post, I doubt that it could exist after our subsequent posts on the matter.

"Editing out this line: "and represent yourself." would be a help. Nobody reads warnings..."

Then all of our posts here are moot (pouts). Advice on what not to do is, literally, a warning. I must maintain that if one would take advantage of NOT HAVING A TRIAL, then there would be no trial to argue. Of course the judge must allow that plea, and does in most victimless crimes. With this plea, not much more legal knowledge, other than that of the section number and the case, really need be known. This opportunity would present itself before a trial, so if the judge doesn't allow that plea, there is more than enough time to seek competent counsel.

Is it possible for you to accept even a remote possibility that we agree? Like I said, you and I have some personality traits in common, and I think stubborness may be one of them ... of course I prefer the word persistence, but it's all relative!

If you want the last word on this, then you have my blessings. I must say, you are a formiddable opponent, but if I haven't communicated myself lucidly enough at this point, I'm not gonna. ...we'll have many other opportunities to battle in the war of logic.

We probably agree on a number of things. I have no problem "accepting" that. Why would I?

Default Right???? What are you talking about????

Rights??? You are talking about rights? A week ago, a Z force cop, 2 normal cops and and an undercover arrested us, just because we were sitting below some trees in a park, handcuffed us, took us to the station, and held us from 17:00 to 22:00. The Z guy, hit one of my friends, because he asked what had we done. His nose was still bleeding at the police station.
Just today, a friend of mine and me, were passing from an area that drugs are sold ( The CENTRAL PARK of the CAPITAL CITY of greece!) A cop started hitting me on the head shouting "Spit it spit it" (???) he thought I had drugs in my mouth!!! and an older cop was hitting with the clob my friend on the head, so don't tell me about rights... You don't have rights, and don't try to find your right, they are stronger than you, and don't thing that you can get them to trial or anything... There is a saying here that says "A crow doesn't get another crow's eye out"...

Comparing what we are debating about laws and rights involving US law enforcement to what Greek police do is hardly legit.

well we are talking about two totally different countries here. you can't base your opinion of rights on another country because you don't live there and you really don't know what you can have
