I just learned that I have a business trip to Phoenix in 3 weeks. I have flown for work before, but actually always either to New York or Miami...both of which places I have somewhere to buy when I go. Lol.

I take long business trips; usually at least 10 days. I'm not gonna risk trying to travel with a sack. But I do have one question. How risky would it *actually* be to carry a dozen brownies in my carry-on luggage? How dangerous could brownies actually get on a plane?

For domestic travel, as long as you look well kept and don't draw undue attention to yourself, ie., don't go to the airport high unless you know you can handle it, then packing some brownies should be fine, I wuold definitely take it in my carry on, and pack it with other lunch items for natural camouflage. As to how many you can bring without raising suspicion if your carry on is searched, I do not know. Maybe wrap them up with a bow or ribbon, and have a birthday card in there written to some friend, and say that your mom baked the brownies for your best friend, or whatever. I would take pot brownies on the plane for sure, just think of some way to make taking a dozen brownies with you look natural. Ten days? Maybe just take four or five....

I travel with weed all the time - in fact I was in Phoenix last monday - and if you keep your sack on your person (some folks use their socks, I prefer my whitey-tighties) you are just fine. Placing it in your luggage, checked or carry-on, is the big no-no. I do not carry any paraphernalia - using the old school soda can. Actually the biggest hassle is getting a new lighter everywhere I go - if only they could set up some exchange system?

It seems that brownies would be a whole lot more hassle than putting your baggie in your sock or between two pair of underwear. Good Travels!
