i know whenever you go to these websites all around you see these legal bud adds.Are they just a bunch of b.s. How can hey sell it legally without us gettin in trouble??????? :spark:

Under the analog act of 1987 they are committing the same crime as selling marijuana or hemp. If a person sells a substance with the intent of it having a substantially similar effect to a drug already deemed illegal by the federal government then that person may be charged as though they had sold that drug.

Cool Well then Buzzby....
with all the problems with the overgrow site in canada and their seed selling problem's, why the hell are we selling seeds on our site?

Aren't we just asking for the same thing to happen here? I mean, hells fire, do we think were immune or something?

It just seems like a really bad move to me. I really look forward to my dailly visits here and would be devastated if the old MJ.com was to disappear, ya know?
