well sucks to be me....

i sold this girl a one hitter for like 5 bucks and when she got caught with it she told the cops that i sold it to her...i got suspended for 10 days and i have to go through drug councling

but i have a couple of questions, the cops went over to her house and my girl friends house, will they most likely come to mine,if so what do i do?
also, they said if i get charged with marijuana possesstion again ill get expelled permanetly and i wont be able to go to school in this state....is this correct....seems a little harsh to me

Moral of the story is to be cautious at all times. I only bring up marijuana related things to people I know I can trust. Where I am from people don't narc on each other, no matter what cost...and the people who do narc will end up getting something bad happen to them somewhere down the road. You just need to be aware at all times and second guess people even if you think you know them.

Could be the rules.

At this point it sounds like since LEO is involved that there may be some concern that you are selling which is a much larger criminal activity then merely smoking.

I would strongly urge you to seek legal counsel IMMEDIATELY

Should the police come to your door...you know the drill:
Be polite, be mature and DON'T TELL THEM ANYTHING.
You have a right to keep silent. USE IT
You have a right to legal counsel. GET IT
Anything you say CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU.

If you are a kid...and I think you are...it is time to come clean to your parents.

I wish you and your family good luck becasue I think some nastiness is about to visit on you and yours.

I say denie the whole thing, the only thing they have is her word that you sold her it. Just them them that she is a crackhead and that you dont even know what a one hitter is. But make sure they dont find any weed on you or you will be screwed.

i'm almost sure there's no law that says u can't go to school in this state if you have 2 posession charges, your under 18 right? i doubt that it's most likely your specific school's policy.
