|  pot-smoking video online, asking for trouble? So i made this really cool video, and i want to post it online for others to view. The only problem is, it includes scenes of me and friends smoking marijuana. The show is obviously not acted. If i live in texas, but say the show is filmed in canada on video, should i be worried about legal repercussions? And if so, what kind of legal repercussions. Would such a video be enough for an arrest, or just a search warrant? I appreciate any light you may shine on the subject |
