Only drug tests with irratic behavior. BAsically it means to what I have understood it to be is tht I can only be tested if I act funny and soemone reports me. But im not sure.

Does anyone have experience in this? Its a county hospital so I always thought I was going to get regular testing but no where in my contract does it state tht. I ahve eyt to ehar of anyone getting tested too and I have been working there for about 4 months now.

Erratic: deviating from your customary course. IN this situation that would include showing up late, doing a poor job, acting different than your normal behaviour -- they will assume you are using drugs and will test you.

You agreed to this when you took your job.

cool as long as its not random and scheduled im fine with it. Im able to do my job just fine and not do anything erratic.

Just make sure that you or a fellow crew member doesn't cause an accident involving your entire crew. That is usually cause to drug test as well as "reasonable suspicion".
