Is it legal (in Indiana) to be stoned in public and get arrested? What if you don't have anything illegal on you or are not doing obvious criminal activites? (i.e., walking to class ripped out of your mind..) I do it all the time and sometimes wonder what they can do legally. How can they prove you are high or for that matter how can they tell in the first place (without taking blood samples, etc..)?
