on july 19th around 9 pm me and some friends got done smoking at these trails in which occasionaly people goto to jump dirt on bikes, walk, or watever.

Any ways we were walking back from this place to my car in which a cop pulled up and asked what were doing and other things. This cop's known to be a ass. I had about 3 grams on me and a pipe. While my friend had a pipe and 2 Oz. The Cop asked if we had any weapons in which we told him no. Then He Began to point his focus on me and asked what that was in my pocket knowning he couldnt see nothing with my pocket being closed i told the officer nothing was in their. He then began to fill on the outside of my pockets and rubbing me down . I told the officer i dont see why your searching me and twitched my leg in the moment because i didnt want this cop all feeling on me incase he felt anything. Before that could even happen he said i was attempting To run and handcuffed me(i really wasnt duh), While this was all going on my friend threw his 2 OZ with the cop right there, then another cop showed up about as soon as he was done handcuffing me. And Was telling the other cop i tried to run and began searching me, and every one else.
They found the 3 grams and pipe on me. I was bailed out of jail thanks to bonds and il be getting a lawyar for the court and wondering what yall suggest would help me through this one?

I Live in Texas. and This is First case of possesion of marijuana.
and 2nd case of having a pipe...

how old r u minors get off pretty damn easy. if this is ur first case all u'll have at the end is drug couciling no jail time maybe community service if the judge is a dick. show sympathy and regret and u should get a slap on th rist
