 if someone were to sell once, and only once... ok, hypothetical question if "joe" was going to sell a lil bit of bud to "josh" and joe isn;t a dealer, but josh got cought with weed, and ratter joe out, how could they prove josh got it from joe? - would they care? - do police ask who they got it from if it isn't on school proporties?? | |

| If someone sells any amount of pot to anyone it is dealing. THe key it selling, ot the amount. The risk from a single transaction is small, if your smart about it. Since marijuana.com isn't here to help people distribute, I'm have to close this thread. Thread Closed. |
