| What is the protocol for presenting a PBA card to an officer. Do you just present it under your license and say nothing. I know some officers dont accept them. If i have one for one state and one for New York city should i present both to the officer. |

| PBA = Police Benevolent Association. I don't know a single police officer that would give someone preferential treatment because they have one of those cards. I'm sure you can buy them on ebay, or get one for donating money, much like the stickers that some people put in their windshield. So I wouldn't bother presenting it at all. However, if you feel that you must, I guess I would just pass it along with your license. Don't be surprised if he gives it right back... |
