| Let's say your spouce, relative, friend, etc. has been prescribed medical marijuana, is there a law that prevents you from being around them when they smoke? MJ, unlike all other prescription drugs, isn't confined in a little pill but spreads all over. Cause i was just thinking of worst case scenarios like if your wife smokes and you lived in the same house so naturally you got high off the smoke. Now, what happens when you go to take a drug test for your company? Or since they're your wife, relative, whatever, does it make it OK by law for you to be under the influence of MJ too. I think if Slate was right about the 30 states passing legislation for medical MJ, it's going to become a very slippery slope. Although I think it would be in our favor. |
