I have been on probation for the past 2 months and i have had random drug as testing part of that. Im off on may 7th (last day) and i want to know if after that they can still drug test me. I'm not gonna smoke for a few days afterwards to be sure, but i to be sure they can't test me. Also, im still in highschool, so can they test me at all? Thanks.

As long as you are offically off probation, meaning all paperwork is done and every requirement is met, they cannpot drug test you after being released from probation. However, if you have any outstanding fees, fines, etc, you aren't offically off probation until everything is paid in full, at least in most jurisdictions
