|  I failed at Had an A&D assessment I had to take the other day for probation, and they said they wouldn't report my failed drug test to my PO. However, he's going to know because the paper said I didn't have to have group sessions, and now I do because they just called to let me know I fail. So he WILL know I failed, can I be violated for that? It's not a big deal unless he is able to violate me for it. |

| If passing drug tests is a condition of your probation, then yes, you could be.
