argh, post got blasted, but long story short - see the line where it says disorderly behavior or activity that disturbs the neighboring living environment ? That clause will likely be enough for a search since they smelled marijuana. Feel free to give it a shot though.... but if they want it to stand, better believe they'll be reading that line to you.
