Well, since you're a minor, any police involvement is not going to get you anywhere. Even if you had a legit case, no D.A. on this planet would press your parents for burgarly, tresspass, or any other silly charges once he or she hears their story.
My advice: find another hideout. Cars aren't good places for hiding anyhow and if I was your dad, I would search your car and snag the stuff and keep it for myself.
It's one thing if your kids smoke but driving around with a bag under the seat and underage is asking for problems.
Get a job, get your own place, and burn down every night watching the Matrix or whatever you do and quit stressing out your folks!

man if they feel like givin you trouble for keeping it in your car find a place to put it outside or something. Thats what i do. They say they dont want it in their house, and they say they dont want it in your car, but what about somewhere like the garage or something. The only reason i say this is because if they are willing to search your car they probably go through your room when your not there, so i would fiind a good outside spot.It might be easier for me though, because i have a huge yard and i have two barns and a garage that we really dont use, so i have a lot of places to hide it at. But that way they cant find anything in the car cause nothing will be there. It does suck though because it is a lot more conveinient to just have it in your car so you can just go and smoke.
