I live in Alabama and recently found hemp seed jewelry at a shop. It's made out of sterelized hemp seeds and beads threaded together. I take a lot of trips to Florida. I know Niteshift has said that possesion of even a seed is illegal in Florida. Would this rule apply to my jewelry? Anyone else out there have any idea

I don't think it would be. I admit that hemp law isn't my strong suit, but the issue would be, the presence (or lack of) THC. Since you said it's sterilized, my GUESS is that it wouldn't be illegal.

if you look at a lot of parrott foods, youll notice a lot of hemp seed in the mix. .. im sure if this was the case a lot of bird keepers in nev, not to mention fla. would be up the creek.

Ahh....here lies the problem. I tend to drive like a bat out of hell. I'm always afraid that if I get stopped the officer is going to want to search my car because I've been told I look like a pothead--okay so I'm paranoid. I just would rather not give anyone probably cause if I can help it.

You should be fine. I don't even think anyone will notice and if they do I imagine that the cop would be reasonable and you would be able to explain yourself.
