Hi, I need some advice from older and wiser people.

I got busted at school for a little less than 1 gram of pot last monday. My vice principal called my mother and explained everything, she came in over franctic and made things worse. She called my employer and told him I was a drug dealing drug addict that shouldn't work, so I lost my part time job. She than went home and searched my room.

She found another half gram of pot and a collection of pictures of outdoor cultivated marijuana I grew last season. I had five plants. She said she made duplicates and gave them out to the police station, but I stole the pictures back from her anyways and destroyed them.

Yesterday, I had to go down to the police station with her to face my charge for the half gram they found on me at school. My mom gave them some more evidence (the pot she found in my room), and she told them about the pictures I had, but she didn't have them since I destroyed them. She even told him that I was growing magic mushrooms last year, wich I was but she has no proof about it. The constable threathened me over and over for me to give out names but I was resistant and didn't gave out any. He wanted to know who I knew sold drugs and where the pictures came from. Because I kept my mouth shut, I have to go to court next month and I'm facing a charge on possesion of narcotics.

They keep pressuring me to tell them where the pictures came from, and I can't tell them they were mine because I don't want to get in **** for growing too. So I told the constable that I'd have to talk to counsel before giving out information, he wouldn't even give me a phone number to call. So I don't know what I'm going to do about legal support for when I go to court, but right now times seem hard with all this weight I have on my for a gram of pot.

I'm 17 years old and I live in Ontario, Canada. If any of you have any advice on what I should do, please tell me, anything could help right now. What should I tell them about the pictures my mom found? They were developed at a local Wal-Mart, so I can't say they came from a head shop or something. What about the charge on possesion I have to face? Any advice about that? Do I have to say any names about drug dealers? The constable was telling me that I'd be in more trouble if I didn't give out names.

Any advice would be appreciated.
