 Drug Free Zones......... I live right next door to an Elementary school and there is a red sign right outside my house on the other side of the street that reads, "DRUG FREE ZONE, penalty doubled under federal law". Is this just for carrying large amounts (distribution)? If I get busted with an 1/8 of an ounce or a few seeds, will I get in more trouble? I believe in my state, normally it is a $100 fine for first time possession under an ounce. | |
