dunno what to do

I was recently pulled over for a broken tail light and one thing led to another and I was searched. I had less than a few grams of bud and a pipe in my vehicle which was found along with two adderol. I made bail with a misdemeanor and nothing was ever said again about the adderols. Any idea of what is going on?

If nothing was said of it then i guess you are ok... Aderals are prescription so they probably just figured they were yours...

I don't think it's that big of a deal to have prescription stuff.... based on my experience. if you are lucky enough to get some good pills you can toss them around without any worries....

at least it was only a few grams :-)

the gods are gonna be mad... aderol is "another drug" since it is being abused in this context.

I have another question - can the cops arrest me again later on for the adderols?

Yes.

Since there aren't test kits for most prescription drugs, we take them and send them to the lab for testing. It often take a couple of weeks to get back the results. If they turn out to be a Scheduled drug, we simply submit an arrest warrant based on the results.

If they decide to investigate the owners of the pill and it turns out not to be you I think that they can charge you. After a certain amount of time, I believe that adverse possesion kicks in. Im hot sure though.

well my friend who was with me at the time has a prescription to adderol for his ADD wouldn't they assume they were his?
