Hi I live in NY and I've checked out the laws and penalties for marijuana (carry weight and so on) but there is no info on seeds...I'm interested in buying seeds and cultivating on my own. My question is there any laws in the United States (NY) against the purchase of marijuana seeds? I have found a couple of sites online one in Canada and the other in the UK. So I wonder how safe is it to buy online or to receive seeds by mail?
