| OK.. i just got out of court this morning.. a few minutes before the judge came in the crown attorney (prosecutor) called my name and signalled me to come over.. She said that she couldnt get in touch with me with regards to disclosure (i requested full disclosure, whereby you are legally entitled to see all evidence the crown will use in trial).. She said she didn't have any evidence.. and told me to plead not guilty (obviously i was going to) when the judge called my name.. so I did.. and that was that.. no trial. just "not guilty" and i was off. tells u something about the legitimacy of the charge in the first place i suppose. oh.. and I filed that complaint a few weeks back. the police are taking it quite seriously and the cop will have some explaining to do for sure. victory! ![]() |

| Glad everything turned out reasonably well aside from your parents being called. Definitely know your rights, and don't let them violate your rights. Friendly recomendation, when smoking blend in. Perform an activity that is not eye catching or out of the ordinary and not in a location that is out of the way or hidden. I personally recommend a casual walk. Never look suspicious and just go about your business. Even if you walk past someone while smoking a joint it is better than parking at the end of a road or the side of a road, or attempting to hide somehwere that is out of the way, in my personal opinion. |
