If i am pulled over after i have been smoking MJ and the officer smells it wut is their first reposonse?? If i am searched and MJ is found in my car or on me in small amounts wut else will happen?? I know it will be confiscated but will i be arrested etc? Recently i was pulled over by an officer accusing me of wreckless opp and i was "stoned" which was not true.. My friend did have about 1/8th on him in his shoe... I consented to all of the officers asking and i was nervous but if we all would ahve been searched and that found would i have been arrested also.. please elaborate on this please...

Depends on how small your talking about. Some cops will let small amounts go, other hardasses Would be like "AWWW! Look what i found?!?!?!?!?!"

Depends. Maybe be arrested, Or you may just get a large fine for Possession of marijuana.

Smells like good buds, ill have to confiscate those. Really, it depends on the cop.
