|  A few questions... If i am pulled over after i have been smoking MJ and the officer smells it wut is their first reposonse?? If i am searched and MJ is found in my car or on me in small amounts wut else will happen?? I know it will be confiscated but will i be arrested etc? Recently i was pulled over by an officer accusing me of wreckless opp and i was "stoned" which was not true.. My friend did have about 1/8th on him in his shoe... I consented to all of the officers asking and i was nervous but if we all would ahve been searched and that found would i have been arrested also.. please elaborate on this please... |

If i am searched and MJ is found in my car or on me in small amounts wut else will happen?? Depends on how small your talking about. Some cops will let small amounts go, other hardasses Would be like "AWWW! Look what i found?!?!?!?!?!" i know it will be confiscated but will i be arrested etc? Depends. Maybe be arrested, Or you may just get a large fine for Possession of marijuana. |
