| First off, I would like to thank you for clarifying our rights and resources, and proving to many that not all cops are " the enemy". In my opinion, cops aren't bad. The closed-minded cops who will bust you for a seed or two, or the ones that plant stuff in your car/home are the ones to look out for. As you've stated many a time, for a majority of LEO's , if you give them respect, and this means being honest with them, more often than not you can get away with things, within reason. I have a question or two about the laws in Florida. 1.) I was under the impression that a male police officer could not pat down a female on or directly touching her breastswhile doing a light frisk. My girlfriend told me that not only could they, but they have done so in the past to her. Were these officers taking advantage of the situation, and copping ( a terrible pun, I know, ) a feel, or were they within right and reason?2.) When a pipe or a bong is found in a car or home or on a person, is there an actual check to differentiate between tobacco use or illigal usage, or is it one of those if you have it, you're ****ed kind of things? I know that possessing tobacco while a minor carries a small fine, but is it the same for paraphanalia, if it contains tobacco resin and not an illegal residue? Thank you in advance for your help, on my behalf, and on that of my fellow *RESPONSIBLE* smokers and tokers. Peace out. | |
