High and being threatened

My friend and I were out having a good time, smoking some bud, and just chilled. Well we pull up to a local restaurant and this guy follows us, and in the passanger seat I see my ex. Well this is her brother (25 psycho looking guy) and he threatens to kill me. Ok, wow, I'm not going to say anything becuase A) I'm blazzed and don't want to cops to come B) I have weed on me C) He was much bigger and more crazy looking than me.

So Iwas thinking about going to file a complaint w/ the police station, but I had marijuana and was stoned. So I am waiting til today to do that. But can anyone really get in trouble for threatening to kill someone? I mean he was DEAD serious and I had a friend w/ me who saw the whole thing, so I do have a witness. Any ideas? Ya it sucked having the bud w/ me becuase I couodn't go last night or do anything and prob looked like a puss to this dude. Arg!!

Guy sounds like a psycho. It's up to you if you want to file a complaint. At least if you do then it will be on file if something happens. Did he explain why he wanted to kill you in the first place? Yes, people most definitely can get in trouble for issuing death threats.

I had asked his sister (she's kinda off to) to stop being mean to this one girl. And he said I disrespected her (b/s, it was on the computer and I was pretty nice about it). So he told me I better stop,that he was gonna kill me, and if I did anything else, he would drive to my house and kill me. Ya he's deranged, but I'm pretty sure it's all talk...but just incase...Does anyone know how to file a complaint?

filing a complaint would be good i cause that would show the guy your not gonna take his crap no matter how big/physco and if he did try anything than it would be on record that you did everything that you could. Nothing could be worse than haveing him tell you that he is gonna kill you and you not do anything about it and then you end up dead a week later. Plus if does try to kill you and fails you got yourself hella lawsuit which means mad $ besides you have nothing to loose. You shouldn't let someone intimidate you cause then he would be in control. F that physcotic *astard tell the cops.
