Almost Bliss

So, NORML says marijuana posession of less than 100 grams in the state of ohio is only a civil citation with a $100 fine. Im pretty sure they're wrong about that, because last time I was busted I had 30 hours of community service, my license suspended for 6 months (which NORML says only happens with misdemenor charges, and I had to go to some drug counceling guy to see if I needed to go to rehab. I guess this could all be possible because I was caught with paraphanalia and I happen to be a minor, though.

So my question is this; I was busted a few weeks ago with an unusable amount of marijuana ( a flake about O that big) and a few witnesses who said they saw me smoking. Do you think im in for any community service or probation? I know it all depends on the situation, but Id like to hear what you guys think will happen. I really dont want to do any community service, not that I dont like serving the community, but I have to do it at this stinky, smelly, disgusting recycling place where time slows down to 10% its usual speed. I also really really don't want to go on probation. If I am drug tested by a councler before my court date and come up negative do you think that will lower the chances of probation? (Been clean for a week and I have three weeks to go before the test so im almost posotive Ill pass it)
