I live in Toronto, Canada and recently travelled to North Bay (small town in northern Ontario) for a wedding. On the way back from the wedding we were pulled over and I caught with three joints and 50 hits of very weak liquid acid. I was wondering if anybody can give me an educated perspective on what kind of penalties I could be looking at. I have court on Oct. 22nd. I am being charged with possesion at the moment, not trafficking, and presently have no criminal record and am 19. I am planning on saying it was about 10 hits of acid though because it was very weak and would have been used as about 10 doses. Please help me!
