Cerfew and drug test

Recently me and 3 of my friends were all cought at a local park after cerfew, Now 2 of us were cited for posession but, me and my other friend got let off for only a cerfew violation seeing as we we not noticable intoxicated, nor were in posession of any illeigal meterials. now my question is when i apear in court later on this month will they have any reason to drug test me or would that be legal ect...

You are going to court for just a curfew violation? I would have thought that to be just a minor citation.

Seems very odd my friend. Curfew violations are minor offenses and misdemeanors of that nature don't require you to show up for court on normal occasions. The same kind of thing as minor possession, at worst you take a class or something along those lines.

It never even occurred to me that you'd have to go to court for a curfew violation. (Seeing as how I've had 3.) Any priors?

don't they just write you a $25 ticket and tell you to go home? and wtf is up with curfews anyway. i'll be outside at night if i like and be danmed if someone is going to tell me not to be. what makes them think they can put people under house arrest every night between 10 and 4?

that would be unconstitutional if you weren't a "minor". in fact the concept of "minor" is unconstitutional in itself. free the kids!

all curfew laws really depend on the state you're in. here in kentucky, the only real curfew is that you may not drive between the hours of 12am and 6am if you're a minor, unless you have a reason. ive never known anyone to be cited for it, i dont think the cops really care.

on a side note i got pulled over today, but it wasnt my fault.
