You were right on the PC, and I'm surprised as hell by it cause that's nearly too much leeway for a cop. I was reading at Criminal Procedure Question - All4JDs - Main Forum - Discussion - Bar Exam -- and although I can't copy paste it, half-way down there's a large post starting with Woah.... and it's written by a cop. Looks like they can get into your trunk for really any reason they want.

Sorry for posting wrong information (not all wrong thank you

) but I never once thought PC applied to a locked trunk.. that seems like an invasion of privacy case. =/
