There is an option on this upcomming november 7th ballot in nevada. It will allow the distribution and sale of 1oz of Cannabis and protect against prosecution in all areas relating to the use, paraphenelia, and ownership of cannabis.

Basically amsterdam in our own backyard. It would be fitting since it contains LAS VEGAS.

Las Vegas would then become the best city on Earth. Bar none.

i would move to nevada. simple as that. although, it would be hard at 14 years old. but i think i'd manage.

I just hope they do the same in California, especially since its Nevada's neighbor and its gonna be wicked hard to keep all the trafficing out if nevada leagalizes it.

I'm pretty certain they drug test, though.

I can say with all certainty that I would visit Las Vegas more often.

I don't think it will happen, if Nevada did that I bet they would get shit from the government, like when they said that states who didn't bump the liquor age to 21 would get funding cut.

It'll be very interesting to see what actually does happen; but If it's legalized, lets just say I'll be taking a wad of cash on a roadtrip.

after reading the article it seems to me like it wont stand a chance. i think they could have made better, more persuasive arguments. but whatever it would be damn awesome if this passed.

Could you not get hired if you tested positive for a legal drug? (if marijuana becomes legal)

If it does happen in Colorado and/or Nevada, I'll be really happy for the people who live there. It would be reassuring to me that there is a place for me to go where I can be free. I wouldn't go immediatley though.

I would first travel to Nevada to smoke weed legally for the first time in my life!!!!!!!!

I truely hope I can do this befor I die!!!!! But I wouldn't move there. I would return here to Colorado to continue the fight to legalize weed here as well. As mentioned Colorado has a similar amendment on the ballot this year. Very doubtful that it will pass on its first attempt but we need to continue to battle for the freedom of choice !!!!!!! The more the various states attempt to legalize weed the closer we get to forcing the Feds to bow to the will of the people. Fight on my fellow stoners and one day we just might get to experience the freedom we deserve and been denied for so long!!!!!!!!! I salute you!!!!!
