ok, me and some kids were out smoking before school, and the security guard saw us and brought us to the office. we got searched, and when the assistent principal patted me down he found a pipe in my pocket (a security guard witnessed the search). I got 10 days out of school suspension and was arrested and charged with possesion of drug parafanilia. I figure that i am screwed and i must plede guilty. i am a minor. i was just wondering if someone could give me some advice as to what to do. I wasnt even in this school for 10 days when this happened, so it looks pretty bad on my part. also, what kind of punishment should i expect from the courts. please respond, thanks

is it that hard to walk a couple blocks away from the school so you dont get busted.

I would guess you just get a fine and a criminal record.
Is it your first offense? My friend was caught a couple days ago with an ounce. It was confiscated and he was taken to the station and had to get picked up...that was it. Of course I don think the laws are to harsh up here in alaska.

i am under eighteen. if you read my "busted on school grounds" post you will know what happened. anyway, im not sure if i will have to take piss tests if i am on probation. im not worried about having to take tests for my parents, im just worried about possibly getting probation since i will probably have to plede guilty. anyway since i am under eighteen do u think that i will be searched when submitting a urine test? or if i get probation do u think i will have to take a hair or blood test also? well i am thinking of purchasing this thing called the Urinator. it is a device that is the size of a check book that actually does the pissing for you. they sell sinthetic urine that is guaranteed to pass the test. well i might buy this, but i dont want to waste my money if i am going to be searched when taking the test if i get probation.

i am on probation for a crime i did not commit, which happened on 9-10-01...what happened to me was pretty much as follows:

court date wasnt until feb 02...i got 10 year probation + 15 days in jail + waaaaaaay too much in court cost + 150 hours community service (i volunteer already, so i had "backtime")

i have random urinalysis tests...i had one the first probation appointment (a year ago) and just had my second one 2 days ago

the first time i went to my probation officer appointment i had a drug test...im from texas, and here they have a 10' x 10' bathroom with just a toilet which has angled mirrors and the officer stands behind u and watches...

they WILL not search you, all they do it make u lift your shirt and check there...i found that buying the clear choice additive works great...i get electrical tape and tape the vile to the inside of my "boxer hole" and angle it downwards...so i go to pee...make stupid conversation, then i can grab the vile, along with my...umm, you know....and pour it in the cup and then pee midstream...worked very well

also, if your on probation do you usually get a notice before you have to piss. if so how long is it usually
