 Lets say I am outside smoking a joint. I am sitting in a park with noone else around. I am half way done with the joint when a cop taps me on the shoulder from the back. I quickly swallow the joint. I then turn around to face the cop. (Nothing on me except what I just swallowed.) If this is the situation. Can I get arrested for something? They can't arrest me for possesion since i dont have anything on me except that joint that I swallowed. Can't get arrested for smelling like it. Is there something that the cop can get me for? | |
