i posted a thread a while back about getting caught. prob on the second page or so....

well they found the baggie and i was being charged for paraphanalia, lucky me the charges where dissmissed because the judge said its not paraphanalia

it had resin in it 2 and if i was going 2 be charged i would automatically get 10 days.

actually im glad this happened like it did because i was 2 open about smoking so now im way more carefull and smart about it.

goodthing cause i was preparing 2 drop out college cause the financial aid being taken away would force me 2, i even stopped smokin weed for a month in fear of drug tests.
im gonna not smoke till 420 cause i want 2 save up for a ounce and get stoned like its my first time

Hey that kicks ass man, but I have a question, i recently got arrested and it was for similar charges, what was the cost of things like fines or court costs?? Thanks

i didnt pay ****.

but i used the public defender as my lawyer, i met for 10 minutes then met with him like 5 min before the trail.

i just went infront of the judge and he said he didnt like baggies 2 be considered paraphanalia so he dissmissed it

public defenders deal with cases like that all the time so he was coo and free

courtcosts are about 100 dollars in my state(a little less) but if ur not found guilty u dont have 2 pay

but if u get a lawyer hey cost a whole lot of cash and if your found guilty u might have drug tests which cost a lot and fines which cost a WHOLE LOT OF MONEY


i suggest u talk 2 the public defender before u get a lawyer tho because in my case i woulda been pissed if i paid hundreds on a lawyer 2 only find out that this judge usually dissmiss these types of cases
