I was caught smelling like weed on university property and made a post about it here.

I never updated, but what happened is that 3 guys (including me) who did not admit to anything were given a choice during a HEARING (pre-trial through university system) to either take a drug test or wait for student court date.

We took the drug test and passed it. Case was closed.

The guy who admitted has to take 6 drug tests and take a drug class during next semester.

I doubt you'll have much trouble.

You were actually caught smoking weed and stunk ex post facto, don't need to bullshit us. While I am glad you got off, we all know the truth. Time to quit the scam - don't smoke at school.

No, I got caught smelling like it... I mean if a cop comes to you and you are holding a join/blunt/pipe then you are busted for smoking weed. If a cop sees you doing it then yeah. But somebody else saw us, assumed by the smell, and called cops who didn't see sh*t but could smell it.

I'm not scamming anyone. I didn't get busted smoking it (not that I didn't do it!). I got caught smelling like it!

I can't smoke at school and at home (parents won't let me).

You are splitting hairs, making excuse after excuse. Why is it so hard for you to acknowledge that you were 100% GUILTY, and you got off VERY EASILY due to a technicality?
