There is no set thing that will happen. It all depends on if your probation officer wants to turn it into the judge. If he turn in both failing test results worst case scenario is you will have to go infront of the judge and explain why he shouldnt revoke your probation. If you have any clues of when your test is going to be dilute, and stop smoking (diluting multiple times doesnt work for probation unless you are an expert at it as they test the metabolite level and if it happens to raise more than it would for second hand they can still consider it a fail or test you much more often). Since your a minor, i really doubt they would put you in juvenile jail if you were on probation for simple weed charge (if it was something other than weed or a minor misdemeanor i might worry) but you have to accept it as a possibility.

Now i am no expert on probation by any means nor do i know anything about texas law, but from what i have seen from personal friends on probation and other things i have read on this site, i have made a conclusion i feel is right, but i am not saying it is completly correct by any means.

While no expert in Tx law, my only question is why you'd choose to smoke knowing you were facing a drug test, the results of which could lead to serious problems for you?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. As much as I believe weed should be legal I also feel that 15 year olds shouldn't be smoking it. Alcohol is legal and I don't think anyone of reasonable sanity believes a 15 year old should be able to get drunk.
At the very least stop smoking while you’re on probation. There will be plenty of time to smoke when you’re done with probation.

See this is a perfect example of why 15 year olds shouldn't smoke pot. Because they cant show any signs of being able to show some self control once in a while.

I guess I can't be too much of a hypocrit though, I started experimenting with weed when I was 15. However it doesn't sound like you are experimenting.

Heres what I would do if I were in your shoes.

If you get shitty grades start hitting the books.
Stop smoking pot.
If your parents hate the way you dress. Then get some new clothes.
Get some glasses.
Go to church.
Volunteer at homeless shelters whatever.
Your going to want to put out the image that you are different and you care about your future and all that jazz....basically tell everyone what they want to hear.
You absolutely have to stop smoking weed.
again...you absolutely have to stop smoking weed...at least just until your off probation.

The reason I am telling you to do this is because if in the end if you have to face the judge...you might have something to fall back on. You could always say that you messed up and as long as some lawyer is up there talking about how much you have changed he is going to look at it as a plus. He might get a nice warm feeling inside because in his mind he did his job and the justice system worked. After I got arrested, I talked to my lawyer and he says that in some cases certain things like good/improved grades can really make a difference in what the judge will decide to do with your case.

Just have something to show for all this burden you are putting on society. Again none of this shit im saying is garuanteed to work but I'm sure it won't hurt.

OMG that is not what to do. Go to church? what nonsense to try to get off probation. Get some glasses? Who cares if your parents dont like the way you dress, tell em to look away. Sure getting a good image across to the judge would help you short term, but not for pot smokers. Giving the message that tokers need to "clean up" is not good, it makes smoking look like such a big deal, when it shouldnt.

i dont have to go to court but i am saying just how to get clean and down here for a 15 year old to smoke weed is no new thing i know 8 and even 7th graders who smoke more than me so dont judge me cause its not like i smoke non stop everyday and heavy smoking all the time i ocassionlay like once a week hit it good and hard at a party or with a good group of friend shit aint to easy down here its my break from the world i have 3 days left for the test ive been drinking tonz of water and i am going to take 4 asprin like 4 to 6 hours before the test so it can mask it if anything just help me a bit my first drugtest was before they put me on probation and i came out possitive but by very little so i have to get clean then i am going to try to convince my p.o to take me of probation

This is not the way to beat a UA. Drinking a lot of water for days before the test is pointless.

It doesn't "flush" the THC metabolites out of your body. They aren't water soluble. Water right before the test will dilute the concentration of THC metabolites in your urine, but you can overdo it and get a "negative-dilute" result, causing you to fail the test or be required to retest. You can also fail using dilution because they use verification tests to detect dilution. If your specific gravity or creatinine levels are out of normal ranges, you get flagged. There are ways to deal with this. Find the sticky thread about dilution techniques and learn how.

Aspirin masks THC on only one kind of test, a test that is rarely used these days because aspirin can so easily defeat it.

You are 15 years old and inexperienced in these matters (although you are quickly gaining experience, unfortunately). The people giving you the advice you are rejecting have already been through what you are now experiencing. Do you want them to say only what you want to hear?

Do you want them to tell the absolute truth no matter how hard it is to hear?

You need to listen to these people and take what they say very seriously if you want to live your life relatively free from the legal system.
