can someone tell me what probable cause means in regards to a sale of marijuana....for a charge to stick.....would one person, can one person just "say" it happened? and you would be charged!?
even if it didn't happen?
how would you win such cases?

youre not alone bro. ive had most of my threads closed/moved since i got here a month ago.

heres some things you must be aware of. stickers, spinners, or anything advocating use of marijuana outside your car is subject to search. any paraphernalia found in the car is probably cause to conduct further searches, piss tests and whatever your state feels necessary in making your life a living hell. possession of pot exceeding an ounce is intent to sell.

hope this helps you...theres a dude on here that looks like the simpsons cop...he can probably tell you more.

oh...by the way there are no charges of probable cause that can 'stick'. probable cause is just a tool police use to find the charges that will 'stick'. this can be anything from a pair of roach clips, to an empty sandwich baggy. my advice is keep your sh*t clean! dont advertise your stonerism!
