i know to some extent but to what? i ordered some weed seeds from two different places over the internet, shipping info is straight to my current residence with my real name.

To what degree should i worry. at the time i was doing this i was fully conscious thinking eff the law their only seeds.

any thoughts please? Thanks!

I've heard a lot about the companies getting busted, and the cops retrieving the records and going after the buyers.. They didn't arrest them for buying seeds, but went to their residence, and many were growing marijuana. If I were to buy seeds I would use a fake name and a PO box.. but that's just me.

Shipping to your residence probably isn't the brightest move in the world.
Neither is shipping them to your real name.

Does that mean you're in legal trouble? That depends on how reputable the seed banks are and whether they are in legal trouble.

The major seed banks will not ship to the United States since Marc Emery is facing extradition and a potential life sentence. As a result, the seed banks that do ship to the U.S. tend to be sketchier.

Usually if you have something delivered that's opened and found to be illegal you will get a letter saying that it was confiscated and you can claim it if you can prove you can legally have it (Don't claim it).

I think the only way you'll get busted is if the seed bank you ordered from gets raided and they find your credit card records on file, but even then it's a slim chance since their will be thousands upon thousands of different people who have ordered.

Also, they would need evidence that you actually purchased and paid for the seeds, anyone could send some weed or seeds through the mail to a random person.

should shipped to another safer location under a different name then moved the seed to the grow location, im going to guess your house, if the cops get a warrant and your growning your screwed

I'm not sure, if you went to claim your package, whoever confiscated it would probably be on the federal level, and medical marijuana is still only legal at the state level.

But I really wouldn't worry about this too much, you have almost no chance of getting caught.

Thats where im headed mentally as well, i tend to worry about stuff for good reason but then good reason comes over and tells me its cool. Im heading out for some fries so if if im not heard from again from tonight its cus i got hit by a car . peace
