If that's really you (and not just someone reposting the story), you should try to contact a local UCLA office, if anyone can provide real (as in not "sue the shit out of them for the hell of it") council, they can.

However, we also don't know what that cops side of the story is. Maybe you seemed hostile, or smelled of marijuana, etc. You might just have tripped one of his "danger" senses.

I don't know, it seems to me that the cop is a little over the top. Unless you have something is sight then he can searh if not then you get out of the car and lock the door.

For some reason, but with no right, they felt it necessary to frisk me. Arms up and out, legs spread in such a position, that I accidentally passed gas just as the officer bent over to search my ankle area from behind. Well, needless to say, he took offense, even though I apologized several times and that was the end of my body frisk search. Then he started searching our vehicle, which was still running from never being turned off from just pulling in. After a thorough search, he came back and ask "Who’s is it?" grabbing my arm and twisting it back like he was still pitching a fit about the fart in the face. So, I said "Mine", knowing that he must of just found the one rolled marijuana cigarette, less than 1 gram. No big deal, a ticketing offence normally, in the State of Georgia. But, no, this bad cop just couldn’t let it go at that. Putting the handcuffs on me and then continuing to search the vehicle to find nothing else. for more go to Americans Have Rights

JHO,Get some free legal council to see if ya got a case There are plenty attorneys that specialize in pot charges (check the pot magazines). Most of all , you have to decide if it`s all worth it. Good luck whatever you do.

While it's horribly poor form to fart in someone's face (even accidentally), it's certainly not illegal.

I have no way to authenticate or validate this story in any way shape or form. I gotta tell you, though... It reeks of bullshit to me, and not just because it's a fart story.

Did the OP and Jho have the exact same story/website, or are people just trying to pass this stuff of as happening to them?

Can you think of a worse time to fart? I can think of one worse scenerio, but that's another thread altogether. This was funny though
