| Don't be so hard on the brother. Cops are trained to get the truth out of people like us who want to lie to them. Unfortunately, there are no courses for us about how to deal with cops. Framed for something worse? I saw your post about avoiding being framed, I don't know if something happened to you or not, but cops are not in the business of framing people, no matter what you may think.

| Some cops frame people. Some cops don't. Some weed dealers kill their competition. Some weed dealers don't. Some people are evil. Some people are good. If you are dumb, and get caught for everything; then obviously they won't need to frame you because you will do something to bring yourself to their attention. Some people, however, are smart about what they do. They don't leave evidence. They don't speak. YOU don't even know who they are. The police know who they are, but they can't find any evidence to bring them to "justice." Eventually, instead of finding evidence, the police will simply bring their own. Of course, it's pretty hard to set someone up for any real crime - a crime where there is a victim such as rape or assualt. It is ALWAYS a crime involving a object - a gun or some drugs. Even worse, both together! |

| Bacon, I've followed you through this forum and each of your posts screams out "frame up". Well, you tell me how you were framed, citing case and arrest dates, and not stories of "my brother's girlfriend's second cousin on her mother's side best friend's uncle." Right now all you're doing is stirring up dust with nothing to back up what you claim. This is a heavily moderated forum and we deal in facts not fiction.

| )Bacon- EAT YOUR WEED BEFORE THE COP CAN TAKE IT!!! IT DOESN'T MATTER IF HE SEES YOU EAT IT - THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THERE IS NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE 2) NEVER CARRY MORE WEED THAN YOU CAN EAT In my state, I think you could be tested, and found to be under the influence. If you are driving it's DUI. You don't sound like a lawyer, so make sure you're stating facts. ------------------------------------------------------------- Reggidoo- Have you talked to a lawyer? I'll say it again. Always talk to a lawyer before talking to police. Ultimately, you don't want to be in trouble. But your dealer wasn' t out pissing in a parking lot. Your dealer didn't tell you not to no your rights about partaking in an illegal activity. They're not the one who F@#@$ up. Your dealer will be in a whole lot more trouble than you are. Please don't give the dealer up. If it was the other way around, and you were the dealer, what would you want the kid to do? |

| The reason I will not give out actual date, times, places, and detail from arresst records is because that would give away my identity. I would rather remain anonymous. Maybe you will understand when it happens to YOU. |

| Right after you ate your weed, you could leave your car where it is and call a tow truck. Or let your passenger drive. Even the cops know that it takes a while for you to become "intoxicated" after eating weed. But before we worry about this, let's ask ourselves: How would they know that you ate your weed? Certainly not a pull-over type situation. Maybe at a border check. If you are a passenger, it doesn't matter how intoxicated you are. Make a deal with your passenger that if you get pulled over, or searched at the border, that they have to eat your weed as fast as possible. I'm sure your passenger would be happy to oblige. Just because I am not a lawyer, does not mean that I do not know the law (as it's written) and how the law works (in reality). I cetainly have the acedemic background and intellegence to be a lawyer, but because of my DrugCrime record I cannot be admitted to the Bar. In fact, I can get into nearly any univeristiy program that I want, I have the grades. The problem is that because of my record, I cannot become professionally employed in any fields such medicine, law, science, ect... so what's the point in getting trained for something you can't get hired to do? Just another casualty of the drug war. It's all worth it, right? |

| You are wrong to encourage people to talk to the police. If they have evidence to arresst you, they will arresst you no matter what you say. Keep verbal dialog to a minimum. Save your speech for the court, and discuss what you are going to say with a lawyer before you say it. |
