ive been wanting to start a small personal grow, but i want good seeds not bag seeds, but i dont know if its legal to get seeds shipped inside of the US, i live in cali if that helps, and if it is legal than what happens if they find the seeds in the mail will they open a file or watch the house, i realy need any legal information on it and possible consiquences

It is illegal to receive or possess viable cannabis seeds in the U.S.

If caught having seeds sent to you through the mail, U.S. customs will confiscate the seeds and send you a form letter explaining why.

Never known of anything else happening in my experience.

Use prepaid credit card a PO box and a fake name. Thats about all you need to do.

good idea with the PO box i new tha prepaid card, but didnt think about a PO box, you dont have to be 18 to get one do you

I don't know anything about your situation, but growing while not legally an adult is not a good idea, especially if you live with your parents. Better to wait until your on your own, and have no risk of getting caught by your 'rents. As far as I know, there is no age requirement to obtain a PO box, at least around these parts.

I am not sure, but you do need a photo ID. I read around on the gardens cure and some people said that it would be best. Are you planning to grow indoors? if so be careful. You most likely dont want to cause it will smell. Anyways this isnt a grow forum so ill stop talking now and you should stop asking questions here.

ya i have a safe house, not only do his parents not care what so ever if he grows smokes or anything to do with MJ, one of his neighbors grows, saw the plant one time, she puts it out for light during the day, so its pretty safe, and i have a drivers licences

Just about anyone will ship to the US in a discreet package with no return address. I usually buy from pukka seeds, it's pretty safe.

Not true.
Since Marc Emery was charged and is now under extradition to the US for selling seeds in the US, many of the larger seed banks will NOT ship to the US.
