|  Got busted help! Well last night we went to a state park to smoke and drink. . . . well we saw a car coming so we hid all the pot under the car, but the cop did find a bong next to the car and some beer. . . He did not catch us drinking it, or smoking, but he charged us for bein in the park after dark, however there was no sign sayin we couldn't be there. . . . He charge the 2 drivers of the cars with being in the park after dark (50$) and posetion of alc. (50) so it came out to be a total of 200$ since there were 2 drivers. . . . Is there any way i can get rid of this ticket (the cop was a park police) HELP |

| Your question? I think that we all agree that the reason for the ticket(s) was legal and you were lucky to get off so light. So.. Is there any way i can get rid of this ticket Retain an attorney. That is probably the only way you are going to get help. Personally, I think you probably should just bite the bullet on this one. Daniel

| Look at it this way; would you rather go to court and have to explain to a judge what you were doing there? Would you want that judge to learn from the cop that you were indeed smoking dope, and from the looks of it, you were planning on driving home under the influence? After having heard this, do you think the judge will look kindly upon you? Pay the small fine and be on your way, you lucked out this time...

| exactly would you rather go to court and have to explain to a judge what you were doing there? That is why I think it should just be taken care of and chalked up as a learning experience. |
