i was just wondering if weed is legal in any parts of canada i swore theres some parts but i havent really looked up on it but does anybody know if cananda is close to makin it legal cuz i live in michigan and thatd be a easy ride for me to canada to smoke up some legal herb.

i could be wong on this, so correct me if i am, but my sister lived in canada for a few years, and shes told me some things.. but shes not the brightest...
for sure its legal in vancuver (where british columbia is), and im almost positive that they just got it legalized in ontario (where toronto is) and quebec (where montreal is).. for the other provices.. im not sure.
but yes.. in certain parts it is definetly legal & for the parts where its not, cops really dont seem to care that much.. its not top priority.

Cannabis is not legal in Canada.

In Ontario, possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana is not illegal (for the moment).

Other cannabis crimes, such as selling, are still illegal.

no weed is not legal in canada.......... yet, u can posses up to liek 30 grams or sumthin. and ya it is sumwhat tolerated liek if your caught my a cop smoken a j and your minding your own business and the cop isnt a drug nazi then they dont usualy minde they might take the joint but thats it. my friend got busted in a sting trying to buy a half O and all he had to do was go to teh station with his parents, no fine no jail time nuthin

Yes! Prohibition is over in Canada but the lower courts pretend that it is not just like those other weed profiteers. I'm thankful to the CC people for being such a bunch of creepy weirdos that I had to go in search of other sources for my information. That's how I learned the truth. It may be the truth, but it hasn't worked in court ... and it's a technicality that doesn't prevent new legislation from being introduced ... plus it doesn't protect growers and dealers.
