the whole notion of it being higher up does make sense, for a few reasons its farther away and since heat moves air it may have moved more of the smell upwards, it gets pretty hot in the parking lot under southern california sun, this may or may not be a factor, probably wouldnt hurt if it was hot out and the smell was carried up, but than again it might just bring out more smell, who knows, i should send this question to mythbusters see if they can find out exactly why it happened that way

but thanks for all the replies they gave me a few good ideas to try and use to my advantage and also some things to avoid so thank you all

ya i belive they treat a seed exactly like a full grown plant ready for harvest, so a few ounces worth, thats intent to distribute and whatever else they want to charge you for

Well, unfortunately, this is pretty much all just theory. I do think there may be something to be said for elevated stash spots though.

No offense, but this discussion is like trying to figure out if rebels killed thousands of innocent contract labor when they blew up the imperial death star in star wars... it's entertaining to talk about stoned, but that's about it

NO< NO< NO.....seeds aren't considered intent or anything. You'd be charged with possession, and nothing more. Please, if you believe otherwise, offer roff. I've never heard of someone being charged with intent because of a seed
