| If you never sell weed, but you direct people to a dealer - can you be in trouble for that? Considering that the dealer wouldn't mention your name or involvement. For example, a guy asks "Hey, you got weed?" and I say "Nah, but that guy over there does" or "No, but I can tell you who does" What charge is that? |

| Ya know, I don't know about all states, but I am familiar with mine. That would be damn hard to prove even if they charged you with something. I see no worries here......... ![]() I could be wrong, though. Your state may have some obscure law on the books about participation in drug activity or something like that. Best to do a little searching of your own states laws and get educated about them.... That usually works for me......... Some Where In Ded Land.......... ![]()

| Depending on what was said, the manner it was said in, and to whom it was said.....it could easily fall under one of the "conspiracy" laws. The conspiracy laws ensare a lot of things in regards to drugs and trafficking in them. Agreeing to be a middleman would certainly qualify, and you'd never even have to SEE the drugs to be found guilty. Conspiracy laws require two things--a plan for some illegal activity, and someone moving foreward with at least part of the plans made....as in attempting to get weed to supply to someone else, or even agreeing to introduce a seller to buyer or vice versa.

| yeah not completely legit, its like how they caught the mafia they never did the crime but they put the orders out for it, telling someone were to get the weed is just as good as selling it in the eyes of the law, very hard to prove though and if you word it right than it may be legal, just be careful dealers dont like it if you hook them up with a narc |

| There is no plan whatsoever, nor am I biased. I just happen to be a guy who knows by chance and nothing more. I don't push it or go around saying "Want some icky sticky?" but it just happened that someone asked if I knew where to get it and I said I did... I don't get any benefit for that either (No $). |

still not legal, if you are in anyway apart of it you can get in trouble, just like if you helped plan a bank robbery and even if you did not recive any money in return you still commited conspiracy fortunatly with just pointing a dealer out the chances of that being proved are very slim | |

| I would be concerned about it if the person I hooked up with someone was underage. I'm no cop or lawyer...but it seems to me that would fall under 'contributing to the delinquency of a minor', should that person squeal on you and prove it. |
