| Would the security be able to do the search or would they have to call law enforcement? Do they have police officers moonlighting? Also I have not been on a plane for the past decade so I am a little shakey on the gist of things. Do you have to go through the same level of security while exiting the plane/airport as you did when you boarded or do they assume the security at the other airport did a sufficient job? And yes perhaps I may be writing a book....so dont ask .Thanks for taking the time to respond. |

| Hauptmann: on domestic flights, there's absolutely no security exiting the plane. And why would there be? The only reason there's security while boarding is that you're going from an unsecure area to a secure area. On international flights, you have to go through customs after you get off the plane, though.

| if you're female, try wrapping some bud up tightly w. saran wrap and then slice open the side of a maxi pad and tuck it in ... then you can just walk right through - even they do pat search you it's highly unlikely they'll be poking around that terrain (sexual harassment paranoia). plus w. the terrorist activity the focus is on things that set off metal detectors so just avoid jewelry, belt buckles, etc, and keep your appearance tidy and nondescript. |

| ok i came up with this idea so one of my friends could bring back some pot from amsterdam... 1. get a shampoo bottle, the bigger the better, bigger might be more suspicious tho 2. empty out all of the shampoo in another container 3. double or tripple bag your stash in ziplocks and suck out all of the air in the bags, and make sure they are sealed properly 4. put the bag in the shampoo bottle 5. fill the shampoo bottle back up with the shampoo and put the top back on voila, the machienes cant detect it, and the dogs cant smell it, just as long as your clothes dont smell like it you should be fine you can probably use this same method with any other type of bottle like a shampoo bottle, bring some conditioner too, and mabey hair gell too |

| I doubt that a good drug dog wouldn't be able to detect it. For an additional layer of security, try putting ground coffee beans in the outer most baggy. I do this for interstate travel. I don't try and bring pot through any country's customs. Just to risky in my opinion. Sticky ![]() |

| Ive seen drug dogs go off on people that only have trace amounts of drugs on their body, not even a dose just left overs that couldn't be seen, they were detected by drug dogs. Ohh, and just so you know, you could have done a search on shampoo bottle and probably would have found several larger/older versions of this thread. You may have invented this for yourself, but this trick has been played many times by many people. Good luck if you plan on using it. ![]()
