They are trained to smell marijuana matter, they are not trained to smell smoke(Atleast from what I have read).

Flying nationally, I take a few joints rolled and placed at the back of my cigarette pack. I throw the cigarettes along with my keys and change in the bowl when I go through security. Never had a problem.

I wouldn't take a chance flying internationally.

Altoids tin works well too. Make sure it's nearly full, and you can put a small amount underneath the paper underneath all the mints. Just break it up. The mints and tin take care of the smell, and nobody thinks twice about an altoids tin - especially one with altoids in it.

Best method, though, is stuffing it in your underwear.

If there are dogs around, though, it would be a different story. But I've never seen a dog at an airport, not even around the bags.

Something else to consider - at many airports they no longer even have the little bowls to put change, keys, etc. in. They make you put everything through X-ray. Atlanta is like this.

perhaps you've never flown internationally, I have, many times, and coming from Amsterdam there are most certainly dogs at the point of entry into the US.

As far as the altoids tin, sounds like a good idea. But, I still wouldn't recommend anyone trying to smuggle illegal substances into the country by such methods.

if you have a dog handy (any one will do) put it in a capsule in said dogs ass. so when the drug dogs sniff at it, nothing special.

haha my friend thought of this im just joking, dont try it (pretty uncomfortable for the dog)

I recently brought a gram across canada in my sock. Didn't see any drug dogs.

You could try the "Blow" method. Just rent or buy a small plane, fly it to Mexico, grab the weed from your friendly neighborhood large-scale grower, and transport it back to the states on your handy plane.

Just beware the "Midnight Express" fiasco. That could land you in a Turkish prison, and no one wants that.
