Recently i used the toothpaste method coming back from amsterdam and it worked for an eigths worth (within europe)

the main reason was to bring back some excellent quality hash for me and my friends. Lets be real...u cant find good hash in other countries unless u got some great hook ups...

i have also used the ball pen method (driving within europe) and got off after the search in germany (1996). no dog search though.. anywhere else they didnt even bother to search..

old time dealers used to bring along a dog in heat every time they carried loads of ganja in their carravans..it did work..

a friend has passed london heathrow with half an eight of skunk in his pocket that he had totally forgot about it..

its different in the states though...once i had to drop an eigth of hash oil (london-dulles) cause i got too paranoid about bringing it in the states..

Not only customs, in Seattle they had x-ray machines and everything else leaving the plane, drug and bomb dogs. What are they thinking, they are gonna catch some bombs we forgot to detonate on the plane? Silly illusion of safety and waste of money.

Came in from Acapulco in the early nineties, and there were drug dogs at DFW customs.

Been through LAX/O'Hare customs, coming from Fiji and England, haven't seen dogs there.

I work at an airport, in Alberta Canada. I know that the bags are never even x-rayed for domestic flights. I work in a bag room, the bag goes directly from the clerk, to our bag room to the plane. Security claims that every soo often they bring a drug sniffing dog to sniff the bags, but I have only heard of it happening once.

I'd say 99.5% the bags are not checked.

I can say from a lot of experience not to worry about it too much as long as you use your head. Bag it up really well and put it in your underwear. I've got one pair of tighty whities for just this purpose. Even when they really pat you down, they never pat you down well enough to feel that far up between your legs. I would not put it in any baggage, since they can always search that as much as they want. Don't put pipes there either. Almost got caught when I made that mistake.

Also, even with the new security measures, the security agents at the airport are not that good. They are mainly looking for weapons now and most of the dogs you might see are trained to sniff for explosives, not weed. And seeing a dog outside of an internationl flight is pretty rare. I would be much more cautious on an international flight and on a flight that might be a major drug route. Domestic flights from San Diego, Miami, Houston, etc. heading north would fit in that category.

Also, dress up and not like a stoner. When chosing people to search for drugs, they use profiling. If you look like you're on a business trip they most likely won't bother you.
